The National Aptitude Test (NAT) is designed as a centralized assessment system for prospective students seeking undergraduate admission into degree-awarding institutions (DAIs) affiliated with NTS.
Candidates need to take the examination only once within a specific testing category. The awarded score will grant eligibility to apply across all associated academic subject groups and partner universities.
Result Validity & Policy
The NAT score card issued to a candidate remains active for 1 year. During this timeframe:
- Candidates can submit their test score to any participating university advertising admissions.
- Re-appearing in subsequent NAT tests is permitted if you wish to improve your score.
- The highest score achieved within the valid 1-year window will be considered for merit lists.

NAT tests are organized on a regular monthly cycle. Candidates should keep track of the following general timeline:

The NAT paper consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with a total duration of 120 minutes:
